Orders are printed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET may begin processing the following business day.
Once shipped, domestic United States orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
We currently ship within the United States. For international, wholesale, or team-order shipping inquiries, contact support@kingdomorders.com.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@kingdomorders.com and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
