Our 30-day return window

We want you to love how your Kingdom piece fits. If it is not right, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to request a return

Email support@kingdomorders.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving instructions.

Exchanges

Wrong size is the most common reason for a return and we make it simple. Tell us the size you need and, if it is in stock, we will reserve it while your return is in transit so a sell-out does not cost you the swap.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to ship the original back.

Non-returnable situations

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
• Custom or personalised print runs made to order.
• Gift cards and promotional free items.
